1 In General
By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please do not proceed with an order if you do not agree to the terms ans conditions below.

2 Placing An Order
To place an order it is simple, follow these simple steps,
Shop the website by either browsing each brand or product type.
Click on an item to access the individual information where you will be given a full description.
To purchase that item, click “Add to Shopping Basket” button on the same page.
When you have finished browsing click on “Checkout” to take you to your shopping basket.
Here you can review all the items you would like to purchase and delete those that you don't want to purchase.
To delete an item from your shopping basket click on the “Remove button for that item.
You can continue shopping via the “Continue shopping” button.
To complete your order click on “Checkout” and follow the payment steps.
Items in your basket are not secure and can be purchased by other browsers so we do advise you to complete your order as soon as possible.
SW-one will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations where the data supplied by the customer is incorrect or inadequate.
If SW-one deem that an order or group of orders are placed for 'Trade' purposes SW-one reserves the right to cancel such orders.

3 Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order is unavailable.
4 Your Right To Cancel
If you would like to cancel an order please email us at customerservices@sw-onehandbags.co.uk as soon as possible. If the item has already been dispatched please follow our returns policy for a refund. This does not affect your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
5 Payment
Payment may be made using any of the methods listed in the checkout section.
You will be charged the current price shown on the website on the day you place the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, however if the VAT rate changes we have the right to change the overall price. A delivery charge of £4.50 is to be added at checkout unless there is a current promotion available. We do our best to ensure that all prices are correct, however occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price. An order with a pricing error will not be accepted and in the event of us not being able to contact you, we will cancel the order.
