UK Standard Delivery - FREE
Delivery is aimed to be within 3-5 working days, Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
European Union - ONLY £5
Parcels to overseas usually take 4-7 working days, Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature.
North America (US & Canada) - ONLY £10
Parcels to overseas usually take 1-2 weeks, although in some insstance can take up to 3 weeks. This is an International Signed for Service.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us, but we are sure you will love them. If not, then please follow the below guidelines,All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the goods. All returns must be unused and in the condition that it was received.All items must be returned with tags intact and in the original packaging .
The correct paper work must be returned in order to process the refund.
Postage for returned items is at the cost of the customer.
All accurately returned items will receive a full refund to the original purchaser from this website excluding any shipping charges.
We will only refund the cost of postage where an item is faulty.
If returning a faulty item, please contact us at customerservices@sw-one.co.uk before posting the item, we will try and replace the item as soon as possible to minimise your inconvenience. You must be able to provide proof of purchasing for the item that is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights to faulty goods.
Please note that we can only refund or exchange products purchased from this website.
